Volunteering Is Good for the Body and Soul
Rebuilding Together is an all-volunteer organization. The board and committees are comprised of volunteers. While the board and committees plan year-round for the Rebuilding efforts, the majority of volunteers gather to paint houses, re-roof homes, add fixtures, build fences, landscape yards and complete other repair jobs in a one-day effort.
If you're interested in volunteering simply call (310) 532-6700 or download a Volunteer Registration and Waiver Form. Please check the events page periodically for upcoming projects you might be interested in participating in.
Under California law and because of the nature of a work site, volunteers must be at least 14 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian. All youth groups must have an adult team leader participate, too. To get involved download the waiver, submit it to our offices no later than march 31st for April's National Rebuilding Day or September 30th for October's Make a Difference Day. We will do our best to place you at a RTGLA event. Should we be at capacity you can find other RT projects at RTSoCal.org.
